Klarna needed a smoooth solution to reward its best customers with a gift. The challenge was creating an effortless flow to reward customers with a contextual gift after fulfilling a specific type of action.Solution
Klarna did a integration with Awardit's gift-API, which make it possible for Klarna to generate gifts for selected customers automatically, based on triggers in their customer lifecycle. We created an order page that, embedded in Klarna's app, creates a seamless experience for the selected customers when they order their gift. As the finishing touch we designed the packaging to lift the customer experience even more.
