Ecster
Ecster is a sales finance company that originated from Handelsbanken. With several thousands of connected shops and chains, Ecster offers payment solutions for all channels. Everyone who completes a purchase through sales finance automatically receives Ecster's credit card "Ecster-kortet", on which the credit is added. On this card all customers can collect points for every purchase.
Solution
Awardit helped Ecster with a complete solution for point redemption. We built a rewards shop and integrated it with Ecster's CRM-provider Lindbak, from which we collect points balances and member information. We purchase and store the rewards selection and manage the outgoing logistic flows continuously. Additionally, we help with the marketing and manage the customer service regarding questions on point redemption.
